First and foremost, while the products this company offers are excellent and of great quality, the customer service offered by this company is without one doubt, the best, bar none. I’ve been using Tech Armor’s ballistic glass screen protectors since 2016 and have consistently been impressed with both the quality of the protectors (the screen remains highly responsive to touch even with the protector) and with Tech Armor’s replacement policy. Over the years, they have provided me with replacement glass protectors twice in a hassle-free way. I really appreciate their quality and service.

My phone got dropped off a ladder and hit the cement below. This was my first time ever having a screen protector on my phone, along with the Otterbox case and I thought for sure my iphone screen would be shattered. To my surprise, there was a crack along the lower right corner of the screen protector, but my phone screen had no issues. This product did it's job and when I called Tech Armor, their response time was fast and they sent out a new screen protector immediately. It's rare these days to still see great customer service and this was exceptional. A++++++
