I bought a Premium Glass protection for my 2 iPhone 14plus, when I receive the package and install, I had a problem for my second iPhone and used the two others glass supplied with no good end result. I contact the company February 6 by mail and the response was super fast each time I contact them, receive a brand new package by mail February 16 and install finally the glass for my iPhone and it work perfectly this time, plus I have 2 extra glass. Shipped quickly. Product is excellent. I wish I'd received a shipping confirmation, but I guess it didn't really matter since both orders shipped pretty fast.
