Whole experience was great and life changing No afternoon crashes, always full of energy, at gym 4 days a week with very active job. Before joined superhuman i was always tired on afternoon and had no energy for gym. My coach was aways there when needed changing food and training program and like a mate by the end of it. I have been left now 3 month and still sticking to my routine and all still great best thing i have done!

I had a really good experience with Team Superhuman. Down 8kg and more importantly, I’ve learned how to make better choices that I can actually stick to. The coaches were phenomenal, checking in, keeping me motivated and guiding me every step of the way rather than leaving me to figure it out alone. It never felt like a generic diet plan, it felt personal. Highly recommend to anyone who wants lasting results.

Working with Lewis & the team has been life changing. As a business owner I don't have the time to be counting every calorie, these guys make it so easy. I love the wholefood approach, eating more food than ever & finally seeing my abs. 100% recommend!
