Folks, I did more than my fair share of research before investing in what I hope to be forever (or certainly long term) outdoor furniture for our new river home. We had already spent a fortune on indoor furnishings with Pottery Barn and other higher end big box stores, frankly those experiences left a lot to be desired. Don’t recall exactly what about Teak & Table caught my eye while searching online, but it did. Spent a little more time online then gave them a call (sadly low expectations given recent furniture buying experiences). Here’s the first if not main reason to buy from Teak & Table; a family member/owner (George) answered my call first ring. He is fantastic, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable of all his products.Understanding I had discovered the customer service unicorn, I made my decision to buy from T&T. Problem is I was on the fence with several products.. so I called George several times over a couple weeks. He listened, answered all my questions and asked a lot of great questions which helped me finalize my order. Received the same high level of customer service through order acknowledgment, expediting and delivery. Had a small split in one ottoman that was hidden by protective covering so no fault of T&T. Gave George a call, sent a pic and he immediately sent a replacement. The furniture is as advertised, all high quality. Solidly built and the smell of the grade A teak warms the space - no candles needed here. Cushions are all perfectly fitted and filled. 100% positive experience! Give them your business, you shouldn’t be disappointed!

Love my teakwood corner bench. We received it in a timely manner and was easy to put together. Very nice.

George at teak and table has been so good communicating with me on answering questions about product and keeping me posted during this pandemic shipping crisis and then solving packages issues. The table is beautifully made and solid. Happy on our purchase and will recommend them to anyone looking for stylish teak.

The products we ordered were back ordered. The people at the store did a great job of keeping me informed of when things were coming in and shipped everything as it came in. In this difficult time, they did an outstanding job.
