I ordered a shower stool last Fall, and like most products, there was a significant shipping delay. However, I was prepared for this and could be patient and wait for it. The customer service with Teak + Table is phenomenal. They checked in with me several times over the course of a few months to offer alternative products that were available immediately and to be sure I was okay with the wait. Look forward to ordering more items from them in the future!

I highly recommend Teak & Table. The quality of the product was excellent and the service even better. We ordered bar stools that had to ship cross country to us. Along the way the carriers tracking info stated the product was delivered….however we hadn’t received it. I reached out to Teak & Table who immediately followed up with the carrier and provided us an update almost immediately. Once we received the product I received a follow up call from Teak & Table just to make sure everything arrived in good condition. Great experience!
