The Service One Hopes for but Rarely Receives
We spent an hour in this beautiful store looking for pieces that might fit our small condo balcony, and trying out a variety of chairs for comfort. Ultimately, we selected a teak table top with black legs and teak chairs with matching black mesh (or so we thought). The next day we got a call from the owner querying whether we'd really intended to order the dark grey mesh instead of the black. He'd overheard our conversation with the sales clerk, and had the presence of mind to check. Then there were the periodic e-mails to update us as to the arrival status, and finally, an adjustment to the actual delivery date for our convenience. The items were taken with great care through the living room and out onto the balcony, set into place, and given a wipe-down. I wish we got this proactive attention from more goods and service providers. We highly recommend Teak & Table.
