Love the furniture. It looks great and is totally functional. Would easily be five start except. . . we ordered our furniture in April and had a delivery date in July. . . we just got our chairs in the first week of December. If you need to order three full seasons ahead, its not going to be a terribly satisfying experience.

We were delivered a chair off the showroom floor, without being notified. The driver shared this detail with us. It doesn’t match the other 5 chairs.

Solidly built, easy to put together, and really sharp, modern design. Finish was a little darker than expected/shown in photos on line, but will likely fade over time. Communication from Teak + Table was excellent throughout. Recommend!

Purchased "Friday Pedestal Table". We had a special circumstance on date of shipping and delivery, customer service was very accommodating. Upon assembly, I found, one of the holes did not line up exactly, so some modifications were made to complete assembly. Other than that, we absolutely love the table and the customer service.

We ordered a 8’ trestle table, 8’ bench and three pacific chairs. I have assembled the bench and two of three chairs. Bench was a straight forward assembly using screws. It’s solid and looks great. Chairs are another story, they require full assembly and are held together with wooden dowels. The directions are image only, half printed, blank on areas and barely readable. No where in the directions does it specify that the chair seat should be in a particular direction. So, we assembled 2 of 3 chairs and realized the seat was backwards and the front edge stuck out slightly from the legs. If this was assembled with screws, it would be an easy fix. The dowels are another story. My husband is currently drilling out each dowelm. The company acknowledged via a phone call that the directions could be better and suggested we screw a narrow screw into each dowl and use pliers to twist and remove like a cork. This doesn’t work. Second chair has wood glue, first chair doesn’t and we can not get the dowels out. I did not realized the furniture would require this much assembly and given the weak directions supplied and the fact that this error can’t be fixed, I do not recommend the chairs. So far the bench looks great and I haven’t assembled the 8’ table but I’m regretting purchasing these chairs. Customer service was great when we had a delivery issue and was quick to respond to my concern with the chairs not the solution doesn’t cut it. I’ll update with how they handle this. At this point, I may have two chairs that are unusable. Update: George at Teak + Table went out of his way to make sure we have perfect products. My husband was able to drill out the dowels, fix the seat and replace new dowels. We have two working chairs but George insisted on sending us two additional chairs even when we said we no longer needed them. Every review of Teak + Table speaks of their amazing customer service and I agree it is better than any other company I have recently interacted with. This customer service will stand out when recommending T +T to family and friends who are looking for outdoor furniture and will likely bring me back as a repeat customer. Bottom line- We had an issue and Teak + Table went above and beyond to correct it and make sure we were happy. I look forward to many years enjoying this furniture!

Stopped in on a whim. Found 2 bar stool chairs on sale. Sales person was super helpful. Great show room in Charleston.

Ordered the Rain set. Two chairs, a three seat couch and table. Love them. The quality of the set is very nice. Looks great too. Reason for four stars is that the table was sent separately and directly to us and had to be put together. Although they did offer to have someone come out and put it together for us it was quicker to just do it ourselves.

Outstanding customer service and the chaise lounges are exceptional quality size and design! My only wish is that THE SIDE TABLE CAME ASSEMBLED, OTHER THAN THAT OUTSTANDING!!!
