I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service this transportation company has provided. Online communication is lacking, vehicle selection is inadequate, and the advertising feels misleading compared to the actual service offered. As a longtime customer, I continued using this company even when a previous representative would call repeatedly to the point of being annoying, because at least there was communication. Unfortunately, the current level of service has fallen short of expectations, and I can no longer recommend this company to anyone. Loyal customers deserve honest advertising, reliable communication, and professional customer service.
