From the beginning to the end, every interaction I had with TC 2000 was highly professional, friendly, and customer focused. I initially use them to get some help with creating some screening models for stocks and I signed up for the one month subscription. Towards the end of my one month subscription I canceled to avoid the $450 annual fee. They were extremely helpful and did not give me any trouble doing this. In fact, they were most courteous and professional. In this day and age when people sign up for subscriptions and then forget to do so or subscriptions that automatically renew for an annual fee, it’s good to know that there are businesses like TC 2000 that actually send emails out reminding people that they have a subscription that’s coming up for renewal. They are above board and honest people. Not to mention that their software works extremely well!
