David Block took my money
David Block took my money, disappeared for 3 weeks, then finally replied to my demand to return my money. His reply: "So you have a choice. You can have me keep the $25,000 and walk away and move on, or you can use that $25,000 to have me create a tax plan for you as I promised I would, that would create savings far beyond what a solar company can do for you, and then implement the plan, and then maintain it with you."
