Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I paid Carlos Nazario $1,200 upfront, yet received no meaningful assistance with my business taxes. I provided my expenses on time, but he took it upon himself to file a tax extension without clearly explaining why. Months later, I was still chasing services that had never been properly rendered. Every time I contact him, I receive another email requesting extensive documentation, including documents I have already provided. He continues asking for more information, claiming it is necessary to ensure the service was performed properly, despite the fact that my actual tax needs remained unaddressed. My new CPA was able to save me $10,000, making this experience even more frustrating. I trusted a friend's recommendation when choosing Carlos Nazario, and otherwise, I would never have hired him. As a small business owner, I find this experience unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I am requesting a full refund of the $1,200 paid for services that were never properly rendered. Business owners deserve transparency, accountability, and professional service—not repeated requests for paperwork without meaningful results. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this CPA.
