After signing up with tax drop the protest was filed promptly. Then, on the day of the hearing, they failed to appear. Never contacted me. Never let me know it had happened or how they would rectify the failure to appear. The identical unit next to me sold for $100,000 less than my tax appraisal. This should have been an easy one. After that, there is no way to contact them. Just shady and useless. Still have not figured out how to retract their representation of my property
