Charlotte County Tax CollectorReviews of taxcollector.charlottecountyfl.gov

I don't have enough time to tell you how every single person, from security to desk that were so nice and helpful. I've been in retail and service for 47 years and have not received the service I have here. On Feb. 23rd it was cold and windy by Florida standards. I had to ride my bike there. I had to bring my bike in. Security said no problem... I'll watch your bike. I was completely downtrodden by the unexpected demise of my Acura engine. Lee helped me tremendously get through a tumultuous time of having no car and no one to help me. She couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. On 2/25 I come back and was helped by Christopher. Although I did my due diligence, I told him, "I'm out of my depth, can you help me"? He helped me 110%, no judgement, with a registration and title situation. I've been to the most horrendous dmv's, you have no idea how nice it is to be helped by kind knowledgeable people. Kudo's and here here to Christopher and Lee who made a stressful anxiety riddled situation tenable. Many thanks the Charlotte County Tax Collector's office on Olean Blvd. Charlotte County.

I would like to thanks Lisa Gross, assistant supervisor, for her fantastic support over the last 10 years or more. She has been extremely patient and understanding and has helped me resolve a number of tax issues with good humour, empathy and professionalism. She is an absolute credit to the organisation. Many thanks Lisa.
