Wish I could give lower score. Hands down the most incompetent place to handle your hsa/hra. It’s nearing March and I still don’t have my hra card that was due to me January 1st! It’s been requested 4 times now. I’m paying for things out of pocket and fighting incorrect reimbursement denials for benefits that I worked my ass off for. They are delaying and denying reimbursement claims which is a financial burden. I have yet to deal with one knowledgeable competent person. Every person will give you a different version of inaccurate information and excuses. My coworker, who’s worked with me for 25 years had her benefits terminated in error, while they issued an HRA card to a former employee who doesn’t even work for us anymore. This disaster of a company has no business being involved in people’s healthcare.

This company is the worst FSA
This company is the worst FSA I have ever had. They want receipts on everything, even repeated transactions at physical therapy, and even when they make the mistake. I once had to submit receipts several times for one transaction for a copay and they settled it incorrectly and I’m still out those funds. They reject things all the time and I have to waste hours on the phone to fix it. My company chose this vendor but they are terrible and stay away if you can.

This company is absolutely awful
This company is absolutely awful. I had to first deal with them on my COBRA and now on my HSA. The help desk is literally the worst I've ever dealt with. Their command of English is very poor, they can't answer anything but the most basic questions without extensive hold-time research, when they do find something they just regurgitate whatever information they find, regardless of whether it is applicable or not, and can't explain anything they read back. I've never dealt with such awful customer support.

TASC denies allowable claims
TASC consistently denies allowable expenditures even when you submit a receipt and letter of medical necessity. You have to waste hours on the phone to try to get your claims processed. The tax savings are not worth the hours wasted. I suggest everyone who has issues with TASC submit complaints to the BBB, the Attorney General for their state, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. You can also reach out to the TASC executives directly (Google them and then it's firstname.lastname*at sign*tasconline.com).

I am on the call with the TASC customer…
I am on the call with the TASC customer support and the person who has no idea how to take up the Change of password request after taking all the information required and asking me plenty of security, when asked who this is taking so long, he said to call back if i cannot cont.. to hold as he is checking with his peer to know how to provide me the security for making me hold 40 mins and when asked to pass to the supervisor, he just pushed the call to another call center representative.
JOEMAR - This is the another rep whom i requested to provide me previous rep name, he said he does not know

Zero stars
I've been stuck using these clowns for a few years now and I've summarized the issues below. Before leaving this review I've reached out serval times and my requests have been closed without a response. My HR team have also reached out.
- the card simply doesn't work which shouldn't be a huge issue given there's the option of claiming with a receipt...but
- for the first 18 months or so reimbursement requests would just fail. No notification, no explanation of why. They'd just fail. I haven't to submit everything several times until they'd eventually go through
- After having to change elections midway through the year my contributions just stopped showing on my account. They would periodically show as pending but never clear. After weeks of chasing I was stold (via HR) that these funds were available but would not display correctly until the new year
- it's now the new year and I need to claim back and guess what - rather than the $1400 I should have available my balance is showing as $12. After being told that my funds were available I submitted a claim for $200 and was given the $12.
I don't understand how these guys have a license to operate given the cannot receive or payout funds. It feels like I've been forced to enroll in some sort of pyramid scheme who can't payout anything.

Unfortunately, Zero Stars is not available.
In short, this is a legalized organized crime outfit. Several attempts to get the receipts with all the information, but these clowns can't or refuse to read and comprehend, and kindergarten math illudes them, too. The IRS has better bedside manners and can add. Time dealing with this company is a cost, so consider your time as money spent to defend your position and ask yourself if it is worth the price.
From now on, I will not use this BS benefit and will set aside my hard-earned cash in a separate account to gather interest and collect all recipes for taxes. This has two advantages: you collect the interest and lower your blood pressure!

HR Reps: Only Use TASC if You Don't Care About Your People
HR leaders, before reading the review, I implore you to treat your employees better than this unless you genuinely want them to have a terrible experience working for you.
This organization is more focused on producing red tape than it is providing a useful means to access to the money that's yours to begin with.
- The card gets shut off without any notice and you don't know why it's declining until it's far too late.
- The card will decline purchases through the TASC STORE. It's OWN STORE gets declined (which by the way is an Amazon affiliate link farm - at best nefariously presented money grab, at worst illegal).
- Reimbursement requests are literally never accepted on the first attempt. This company has built a web of red tape that runs so deep it's probably fraudulent deep down in the books somewhere. Once you submit a request and get declined (reminder: every time), they give you an appeal PDF to fill out, but you're required to send this PDF with supporting documents (the receipts they've already seen and declined automatically), including an ESSAY ABOUT WHY YOU THINK YOU DESERVE IT (I added the "essay" for dramatic effect, but it feels like a 3rd grade teacher assigning an essay when you read through the appeal form) VIA MAIL OR FAX. 1989 called, they want their business practices back. You have 180 days to respond to them after a decline, so naturally they're going to take their time processing this hand-written essay with attached receipts, and simple form, which means by the time your credit card is due (which you obviously needed to use because your $1k+ medical expense was sudden and unexpected) you're still waiting another 90 days for the mailman to deliver your essay to the folks in the big gray wigs so they can just decline it again.
TL:DR - There are hundreds of terrible experiences documented quite well around the Internet. If you work for an HR department or contractor and you're considering this place, strike it from the list. You'll lose more employees than the savings are worth.
