This is the worst flexible spending account ever and they will never get another dime from me!!! They ask for my receipts from Dr. visit i sent the receipt they gave from the visit and that's not enough. They want codes that a patient doesn't have. CLEARLY THE DR. NAME IS ON THE RECIEPT WITH PHONE NUMBER!!

I have had a terrible experience with TASC FSA. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, with long wait times and representatives who seem to have no real solutions. Submitting claims is a nightmare—their system is outdated, and they constantly request additional documentation, even when everything is already provided. Payments take forever to process, and they have denied legitimate claims for no clear reason. On top of that, their website is glitchy and difficult to navigate, making it frustrating to manage my account. I’ve had to call multiple times just to resolve simple issues, and each time, I get different answers from different representatives. This company makes using an FSA way more stressful than it should be. If you’re considering TASC for your FSA, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The hassle and poor customer service are simply not worth it.

Seems easy but once you sign up, they require proof of most expenses. If you don't send exactly what they want, even though it's sufficient, they deny it but don't tell you why. Then if you take the time to get what they need, they send threatening emails (no reply of course) that the card will be locked. It's MY MONEY! I'm reconsidering and just opting to pay as I go with medical bills. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.

horrible system and not user friendly at all. Seems the goal is to deny as many claims as possible. Long wait times, old style of doing everything no payments online and long time to resolve any issues.

I submitted MULTIPLE invoices, separately, under "Pay the Provider." They basically refuse to Pay the Provider because they deny every one and deposit it as a reimbursement. I don't need reimbursed because I have not paid the provider. I am asking THEM to pay the provider using THEIR tools to do so. I didn't mean to sign up for this FSA through my employer and I will never again, ESPECIALLY with this company.

I wish I could give zero stars or maybe negative 100 stars. I throughly despise the company, their products, their resolution team, their customer care. My TASC card keeps getting declined. They do nothing about it. I put money aside for transit. Each transaction I make i have to submit a receipt so I can get reimbursed, otherwise I can’t use my transit dollars. Sometimes I have lost my paper tickets and then that’s it. EMPLOYERS FOR THE LOVE OF ANYTHING GOOD, DO NOT PUT YOUR EMPLOYEES THROUGH THIS INCOMPETENCE.

I just rate to express the poor customer service and manager this company have. I reached to them one employee explain some information and procedures so, i did. Problem, was totally wrong. They don't provide ways to help even it was their fault. The manager Ray S, no id or any other info because he is not providing his info to no one while we have to: was rude as hell. they should close this company. They just need to reimburse the money spent that's all. its not their money they are managing my money what's their problem?????
