Piece arrived broken and I have to shave to make it fit. Never again.

I have been a customer of Tap Plastics for decades. The staff at any shop I've gone to is extremely knowledgeable and ready to go out of their way to accommodate you with whatever project you are working on, It's great working with representatives who are so well trained and so personable.

Tap plastics was very helpfull to me. The employees are very nice and know thier business.

I've purchased custom polycarbonate/acrylic sheets from their online store several times now. The prices are reasonable, especially considering I'm not buying these in bulk. They have a lot of customization options and they are easy to understand. I have repeatedly tried to find an alternate vendor just to see if I could get these any cheaper, but I can't. Their prices are better than anything I could get on Amazon or eBay for custom-cut sheets.

Tried to order several custom cut items. Order went through and they took my money. Checked in several days later to see the order says it was cancelled. Checked and the money was still gone. Contacted TAP and they said they didnt have any order for me. I had to file complaints with the payment provider and then wait for them to get my money back. TAP acted like none of this was their problem the whole time. Crap service, wouldn't waste my time with these crooks again.
