Be very careful ordering
Be very careful ordering. Think about what that means for the customer: you use the company's sizing guidance, the item doesn't fit accordingly, the company doesn't have the size you need for an exchange, and you can still be left paying for clothing you cannot wear. Further it's completely unacceptable to send very expensive clothing is nothing but paper bags with not further protection. My item arrived, literally dirty and the bag torn and duck taped by I'm assuming UPS. I understand what “Final Sale” means, and I accept responsibility for my purchasing decisions. But I also expect an online retailer to provide reliable sizing information and a reasonable solution when its offered exchange cannot actually be fulfilled. I contacted customer service and explained that this was not simply a change of mind. I recently had a baby and my sizing has been off, however I took my measurements before looking at their chart and i know that it was correct. I specifically explained the sizing problem and the fact that the appropriate exchange size was unavailable. My request for a refund was still denied. All they could offer was store credit which at this time, i dont feel comfortable having credit wher3 i wont be using it. After dealing with rsizing problems and this return/exchange experience, I would be extremely cautious about purchasing Final Sale merchandise from this retailer.
