TamymReviews of tamym.com

Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. Items don't fit and they won't return. Said they only take returns for quality issues. Won't buy again from this company!

Trying to get a returns docket.Emailed them at least 10 times.Order was over 100 euro and not happy with customer service

Company make return service as hard as possible. You contact them only through email. If you lucky and they answer, they will offering you $5 for $50 dress.

Sizing is completely wrong. They won’t refund my Mo why in fact the email address doesn’t even register. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT AMERICAN MADE AS THEY CLAIM

Please respond to my request to return item.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago for a special event and it has not arrived. Shipping info is inaccurate and customer service is not helpful

I ordered 3 items 2of which I would like to exchange fo next size up and 1just return as I don’t like it

Firstly items are supposed to be manufactured in USA - waited approximately 3 weeks and they actually came from China. Sizing ridiculously small and certainly not accurate despite following their sizing chart. Quality of goods awful and to my mind look nothing like the items on their website. When trying to get refund offered a ridiculous amount which I refused - asked for a total refund but they said that I would have to pay return postage. Settled on what I though was £100 but when it came through it was $100 which leaves me with 4 items that are no good to me and I don't even like for approx. £45. Awful experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
