2y account holder for auto loan here. Terrible website design for Online banking and sub-par support altogether. Resetting your password is a journey and what the heck is with all the placeholders? when I sign in it says "TEMPORARY" where your security image should be. One time I received a OTP text saying "[insert company here] will never ask for your one-time-password. Your code is [insert code here]" like what am I supposed to do with that? closed my account today... good riddance
