I had the worst experience with this company. Their customer service is terrible and they are very unprofessional. The shoes were decent, but when trying to return them, their website was not working and they refused to refund the money for the shoes we already sent back. It was such a scam.

purchase a pair of shoes. Return few days later due to quality of leather. I paid $85 dollar plus tax and shipping. The refund amount I got was $72

I bought 2 shoes that looked really good in their website, but when I received and put it on, it was gigantic. Not the size, the actual platform was so ridiculously obvious. You couldn’t wear it in public and act normal. So I I wanted to write an honest review in their website, but they kept deleting my reviews. Don’t buy if you care about yourself and don’t want to look weird. Look at my photos, the green is from them, look at how big it is, and it’s not even obvious in my photo.

Don't order online from this place, it will be a very frustrating experience unless you and your family/wife/partner...etc planning to take a day off from life and wait for their package to arrive and spend the whole week celebrating. They request authorized recipient on all their shipping and for me I've been going from one post office to another to get the package and wasted long time. its not the first time they do this, always they request authorized recipient, tried to contact what they call "customer service" and it was not helpful at all. will never order again from this place. its a very frustrating and terrifying experience and my package has been at the post office for 3 days...

Very poor return policy. They make it very difficult to accept returns. I wouldn't purchase from them again. There are other suppliers with superior customer service. Shoes aren't as described and sizing varies drastically from shoe to shoe. Thus you have to try multiple sizes to get the right fit. Good luck returning them....

I have never had such a bad experience online with any other company. I returned a pair of shoes I purchased online and they said they failed inspection and accused me of wearing them and would not give me a full refund. Do not buy from this company.

I am a size 10 1/2. I selected a style they noted as running about a size too small, so I ordered a size 11. Shoes arrived and were too small, so I ordered a size 12. Shoes arrived and were still too small. Style was grossly smaller than noted. Their policy charges you $10 if you have to return twice. Their sizing is frustrating and costly. I have had this problem with their sizes on about half of the shoes I have ordered from them.
