I placed an order on Jan 8. Shipping was suppose to be free (have screenshot as proof). Received the product a week later. Started wearing the shoes. 1 month later I receive a letter from FedEx of a $41.34 charge for a product with a customs value $63.30 (have screenshot as proof). Reached out to TM shoes and they said this is custom fee and needs to be paid. However this information was not provided upfront otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order especially if it'll be almost the product value of 1 shoe pair (2 shoes for $96). Further, I never received the FedEx fee at the time of delivery. Had I received it when the product was delivered by FedEx, I would have returned the products to the company BC they provided incomplete information. Today on the phone, I even told them that I want the products returned now that I have recieved this undisclosed exhorbitant fee from FedEx. However, they say I can't return the products since I have used them!?! Well then why didn't you get this letter to me at the time of delivery so I could make an informed judgement before wearing the shoes? This company is a scam and stand clear of it. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. I have shipped the products back to the company in the 1 month used state they are in. I will be demanding a full refund.

SCAM! Do not buy anything from these people! They sent me the shoes I ordered - awful quality and hard as a rock - in a brown paper bag. No problem, I go return them. They make it a mission - you have to provide photos to prove you didn’t wear them. The second I pressed the submit button, I got an email stating that my return requested was rejected.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR!!!

I received shoes few days ago. Order 434257 I like how it looks. The only problem was when I tried just one of the shoe I found that they are too narrow for my my foot. I tried shoe on the carpet floor for only 5 seconds and returned immediately back in the shoe box. I would like to to exchange this shoes for more expensive models. Y10651.The Tall Shoes employee does not want to help me with shipping label because I can't make and send pictures. They discriminate me because I don't have possibility to take and send pictures of the shoes.Thank you.

These guys are nothing but scammers. As of now, one month has passed. And I have never received my alleged shipping via Priority Mail. It is impossible for me to receive a refund, leave alone a compensation delivery, because they broke contact with my through E-Mail, after I politely asked for help in regards to my lost package. Now, I have to stay in touch with PayPal to receive my money back, which is fairly difficult, as their organisation is messy. But let's stay with Tallmenshoes (in short: TMS) and their service. This is not a support staff that I can pledge for. This whole organisation is apparently corrupt to its very roots. I do not recommend their business, or anything associated with their doing.

I bought a pair of height increasing shoe pads order id - asia-focus-433196 and never received the purchase. Tried to email customer service twice in this last week, no response. Can't find a route to refund either.. Absolutely insane!!!
