Great quality and style but...
Great quality and style but every time I order a size 6 in shoes or boots they run so big! Disappointed... but I’ll make it work with thicker socks and some inserts.

Boots are great; bad experience with service.
Boots are great; but the service I am not to pleased; when I ordered the website showed $148.99 now they are $139.99. They said it is &148.99. Maybe someone from the store can contact me; let me know why I paid $148.99.when I go to the website still shows $139.99

Love the product, BUT..
I have no time to waste. The return process seems convoluted for a shoe store. Of course people will order the size wrong. They make me photograph all the shoes I want to return like I am a criminal. Do these guys think we try on shoes in the mud, use cutters to try and fit size, etc...? It should be easy as 123; 1. Try, 2. Don't fit?, 3. Put back in box and ship back. That's it. Word of caution. I ordered 1 Calto and 3 Toto. Calto size is dead on. However, any Toto you should order a full size, if not 1.5 upper. Very satisfied with my Calto, it's why I give 3 Stars. Now I have to try and return the 3 Totos, wish me luck... ****edit** TMS refunded me the 3 pairs instead of exchanging them to 1 size up. I had to pay 50$ to ship back to them... and got a 100$ refund. So I lost time and money. Make sure you order the size right, especially if outside the US....

They cater to smaller sizes
Their buy 1 get 1 sale is tricky. It can be a shoe you like but only in certain colors. The shoes run smaller than your normal size. I wear a size 12 but ordering from tallmens I have to order a size 13. They carry VERY FEW choices in size 13. So I've gone to other sites who carry size 13.

Frustrated
I have had good experiences in the past, but my most recent pair of shoes was at least a size too small, and they have informed me that their two showrooms are now closed, so I guess I'll have to pay postage to have them changed, and just guess at which size is correct. It's odd because I own perhaps six pairs of Calto shoes in the same size which fit me. Stan Jenson

Shoes were one size too small
