I did buy shoes here. They look very nice and expensive on the pictures. In real they look like clogs. Not my advice.

Thanks. I just received my order and it was indicated that the shoes #Y45021 were slightly larger they were not. The recommendations was to order 1/2 size down. They look nice but they are very tight and I don’t feel comfortable. Is it possible to exchange them for a longer size? Thanks for your reply in advance. Omar

I have to go myself to pick up my shipment, they did not even call, I follow it up myself, they did not even answer the phone. Very poor carrier service. This has nothing to do with the product.

I’m a Senior and bought what appeared to be a nice house loafer. It was a quality loafer but I also have a high instep which made it impossible to get into. I took delivery on Oct 15th and the next day Oct 16th called the Company to arrange the return. They were very kind and assisted me in doing so. Hope that works out well !!!

Shoes are well made and nice, but every pair I've ordered runs SMALL, and their return policy is horrible, even fir sizing mistakes. Buyer beware.

ATTENTION,,YOU WILL GET A BIG SURPRISE. i am a long time customer,,, spoke to allie of tallmen shoes,,i received my calto shoes,,they were too big i wanted to exchange,,i live in Montreal Canada ALL international shipping i paid $26.00 to get them shipped paid $24.00 when i got them.. NOW THE KICKER I wanted to do an exchange,,Guess what international orders have to return item at their own COST...WHAT!!! No return ship label.. And then i would be tagged again for duty,,,WOW... BE AWARE ALL CANADIAN ORDERS TO THIS COMPANY,,YOU WILL BE STUCK FOR ANY RETURNS AT YOUR COST..WOW PRETTY PATHETIC..

I had a great first experience, so I ordered two more pair. They were great quality and I was delighted. BUT - One of them was at least 2 sizes too small, but I kept them and gave them to my son. I ordered another pair that was again more like a size 8, not the size 10 that I ordered. I dislike doing returns, but these shoes aren't cheap, and I decided to return them. I wanted a refund, not an exchange, because at that point I had NO idea what size I actually would have to order. I never put them on (I couldn't - they were too small) I only actually looked at one of them. One of then was only out of the box for 2 minutes. What I discovered is one the the most inconvenient hoop-jumping-through experiences I've ever encountered returning these shoes. Before you order shoes from this company - first hear me say that 2 out of 5 pairs of size 10 shoes I ordered were even CLOSE to size 10's. Next, know that you can't just send these shoes back. You need to find a form on their website, answer questions that they don't need to ask, (what is the email address and phone number associated with your order - along with the order number), then wait for them to send you an email to print for the return - but wait - if you want a UPS packing slip you have to pay for it ($10) unless you're willing to guess at what size you have to tell them to send you in order for you to actually get something close to a size 10. My UPS email came from Asia Focus, Inc" and if I hadn't been really determined to go through my spam folder, I would never have found it. Oh wait - not so fast - you now (a week later) have to find the packing slip that was used to send the shoes to you - not in the box - in the plastic bag that they put the box in. What a joke! For those of us who are used to reputable companies like Amazon that put an easy return slip in the package - this company has a long way to go in preserving consumer trust in easy returns. Tall Men's Shoes - if you read this review - you owe me and other trusting consumers a huge apology for playing this game - when you send a customer the wrong size - really wrong size - you should send someone out to pick it up and make the return as easy as possible. You can't be so irresponsible about your sizing AND have such a difficult return experience. Shame on you.
