these shoes are extremely narrow. once i put my foot inside the shoe it felt like my foot was going to fall out. very uncomfortable, very tight, and the return policy is brutal. I would not buys these the reviews you see are fake. there is a reason these never came out in the past they just dont work. dont waste your time.

Unfortunately, the shoes crumbled after just one use, clearly indicating poor craftsmanship and a defective product. While the company initially apologized and agreed to a return, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, despite consumer laws requiring sellers to cover return shipping for defective goods. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected better quality and service from a company that prides itself on its reputation. Buyers, especially international customers, should be aware of potential difficulties in resolving disputes over defective products.

Very poor communication not answered any emails after sending wrong size. Prefer Mario Bertulli but needed boots for snapped tendons but they are out of stock. I don’t recommend this company so hold onto your cash.

I should know better than to buy shoes from a Facebook ad. Oh well. I did. And these shoes, from tallmenshoes.com aren't what I expected. One, the insert that makes you taller is at the back of the shoe only, ie, the heel. There is no similar heightening at the front, and so it's like you're walking on high heels, I'd think. Two, I wrote their Customer Support. Didn't answer the question. Wrote again. They answered. Said it was like wearing high heels until you get used to it, recommended starting with 1" then working my way up. (No thanks.) Three, their messaging on the website is VERY aggressive. I get that they want to be sure that the customer understands the process. But what I got from this is that they've had problems before and thus the almost confrontational tone of their returns page. Four, you will also learn that not only must you pay to ship the shoes back but that you have to pay now for their original shipment to you. In other words, they've installed a clear disincentive to return shoes, one that the fine print doesn't really state outright. And of course they wouldn't. They don't want these back. Learned my lesson. Hope you'll think twice before buying shoes on line from this site (or any site). Just go to the mall.

Poor Customer Service. Very little customer rep can do for you. Long story short bought $212 worth of shoes returned them only to pay additional $62 worth of shipping cost since they do not provide free returns outside US and for them to refund me only $178.90 saying I quote "If a free shipping promotion was applied to the order then actual shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount. since the free shipping promotion was used on this order then the actual shipping costs were also deducted. The shipping cost we paid for you to keep the order was $23.33 Sorry for any confusion this may have caused." When clearly you can see the products account for $212 and no shipping fee of "$23.33" to be seen. I have bought a couple shoes and have been a supporter of the brand but this experience was a let down and I will not be recommending tallmenshoes to anyone anymore.

This product is laughable, firstly it took a month to arrive and when it did I put it in my shoe for a nice snug fit but there was no space in the shoe for my foot !! Waste of money.
