I bought a product from them almost 2 months ago and never got the product! Everytime I call to ask about it it was “damaged” during shipping and they are waiting for a new shipment from the supplier. They do not reach out to inform you what’s going on with your order or when it will be delivered. Do not buy from them! They are a scam

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Trust me DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to make sure everyone is aware of this situation so that it doesn’t happen to someone else!!! Which, if you read the previous reviews, it’s happened to lots of someone else’s!!! I placed my order on April 4 for a cage to go over my snakes light in his cage. I sent them an email explaining the urgency of needing this product and I did receive one email back that said that they would be shipping it on Wednesday, Wednesday came and gone, and I started emailing them and calling them again. Never once did I get a response again I have also emailed shop pay which is who I paid through. Never have I received a response from them either. I did email both tonight letting them know that I will be contacting a lawyer in regards to this situation if they do not refund my money and cancel this order!! I get an email to my email telling me that I am subscribed to them without my permission without my knowledge and the link that they sent me was no longer active. They have it set up where I will Pay $57 every two weeks for new light cages every two weeks now who in the world would need a new light cage every two weeks?? Especially when it’s been a month and they haven’t even sent the first one!!! I don’t even know how they got my payment information because I paid through shop pay!!! I am absolutely furious!!! You can’t reach anybody by phone you can’t reach anybody by email and this just goes on and on. Of course I will be contacting my bank as well on Monday but to sign me up for something without my Permission for $57 every two weeks that’s just unbelievable. I cannot believe that they’ve done this and I have no idea how they even got my credit information!!! I sent them both an email tonight letting them know that I will be contacting a lawyer, and I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to the scams that are being done to me and everyone else!!! Please stay safe out there!! Please please beware of this company!! Very disturbing!!!

Ordered a leash and collar from them March 10th, 2025. Contacted them March 17th they said it would ship out in a few days. It is April 2nd and I have no leash and collar. They are a scam company. I paid $12 shipping for fast delivery!!! Horrible doing business with them, if you can call it that...

SCAM company LIES.. I ordered Feb 3th called today Feb 11th and said it will be another 7-10 days for cat food. I said cancel my order and they just sent me UPS shipping pre-shipping label. UPS doesn't have possession of the package. They now say they cant cancel the order. I will call my CC company and dispute the charge.. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY No way to reply so adding to the reply back below. The rep on the phone has said it shipped and I was going to pay a 15% restocking fee. This is after saying cancel my order on a previous call and reviewing a new UPS label created and potential receive date of Feb 18th after I had already said to cancel it earlier. Don’t lie to the customer and tell them they have to pay a 15% restocking fee. I see the full refund was refunded so far will sit and see if it actually happens.

Purchased a Lamb Chop dog Toy on 1/22/24. Email confirmation said it would ship in 3-5 business days. As of 2/4/25 Talis was still waiting to receive the item from their supplier. It’s now 2/10/25 and still have no tracking number that my order has shipped. Why would you offer an item for sale if you don’t physically have the item? Maybe one day I’ll actually receive the lamb chop dog toys that I purchased since I can’t get them to refund me. Would not buy from this company again

I purchased some dog food on January 24th but realized I got the wrong item. Wrote them immediately and was able to cancel. However, I never received my refund. I have written them 3 times and no response. I called twice and no one was available to talk to me. Told me to write them!!! Pitiful way to handle a new business

I purchased a fish tank. For 2 weeks the order status still stated that the order was preparing for shipment. I reached out via email hoping to get an update and hopefully an estimate of when my order would actually ship out. The following day I got a reply saying that the item is actually out of stock and I would be refunded. The item is still listed for sale on their website with a note saying "order now only 2 left in stock". I still haven't received my refund and am writing this to save others from Gavin to deal with this business.
