Great item great seller. I love this hand strengthening machine its really easy to use it, just put your hand around it and squeeze till it bottoms out and I do 50 on each hand but my left had is weaker than right so iv stated doing and extra 25 once iv finished the right..You can ajust the strength buy turning a silver screw to tighten up the heavy spring I tried pull adjustment on it but couldn't move it so after each week I'll turn it 1 full turn to help build my hands and arms A+++++++ Thanks

I ordered a Valentine's gift on 12th January and (as of 19th February) I have yet to receive it. Their Customer Service department fails to acknowledge their responsibilty and has not processed a refund. AVOID this Company

Trying to return a product and after several back and forth emails, all I get is a run around, I’m still not getting return information. Definitely would not recommend this company. Update- This company still has not offered a return for the unused item. They did offer $2. Not acceptable. Do not use this company.
