Super amazing customer service - thank you Bruce!

Very excited, just purchased the Family and Life Story edition. Been thinking about this for the past year. I am finally scheduled to fly from the east coast to Cave Creek Arizona to spend time with my mom who is in her 80's. Thought the life story edition would be perfect to preserve those memories of her life for myself and my brother. Excited to have this experience with my mom. When I completed the order I realized that I had the order coming to my home. I was able to reach Bruce, the man who saved the day by assisting me by updating my order by changing the delivery address to my mom's residence. Should arrive the same week I am visiting Mom. Thank you Bruce ! Truly a rock star and great ambassador of your brand. Thanks for the great customer service... 5 Stars !

This is an excellent product and first class service!!

I work with patients with with dementia or targeting short term memory and these are a great therapy stimuli or great for when parents are in town and you want to hear about their past/ prompt them to reminisce. And they are pretty :) 10/10 recommendation for speech therapists!

I ordered the family edition. Shipping was super quick. Took it on a family vacation and it was a big hit! I have gifted one to a friend who loves it as well!

I ordered the Life Story edition for Father's Day. Unfortunately, it was misdelivered and was not going to arrive on time. I bought something else instead. When I reached out via email to customer service, they were fantastic. They refunded my money (even though the cards ended up arriving today). I'm so excited to use the Tales cards...my replacement ones were terrible!

Tales is a great product. Very fun post-dinner activity with my family. The couples card deck is great for me and my girlfriend as well. Highly recommend!
