My first order didn’t arrive. I wrote a quick email to the company asking for guidance about how to proceed. Bruce from Tales answered promptly and immediately offered to send a replacement, no questions asked. It just arrived today. I am so impressed with the customer service I received and I’m looking forward to playing the game over the holidays. Thank you!

I purchased the Life Story Edition when some family from out of town whom we hadn't seen in a while came to visit. We had such a great time with this deck, that I quickly purchased the Family Edition, Couples Edition, and Friends Edition decks. As I placed my order, I realized that I made a mistake with my purchase and needed some assistance. Your Customer Service Representative, Bruce, went above and beyond to help me! I have not seen this level of customer service in quite some time. It was so refreshing that I can't stop talking about Bruce's A+++ service and your super fun decks. Thank you so much for your help, Bruce, and thank you Tales for creating this memory-making experience with your decks!!

We bought the Family Edition recently and played with 7 of us around the table. Had a fantastic time laughing at the answers each of us gave, sharing stories, generally enjoying each other's company with these fun cards. So happy I purchased this game, everyone should have one around the dinner table, a wonderful way to get connected again.

The cards ask very thought-provoking questions forcing you to dig deeper in the annals of your memory and they invoke time and experience that is sure to be cherished. Purchase was very simple, and easy website was comfortable to navigate, and shipping time frame was fine, it took about a week which buying anything online outside of Amazon a week at least is fairly typical. One of the two boxes of cards purchased arrived slightly damaged with the cover smashed in and I took a picture and emailed support, and Bruce was very quick to respond with a desire to make things right. Their support was fantastic, and I was grateful for their no questions asked desire to care for the customer. I think that intentional conversations with others are paramount for the growth and development of us as individuals and our society. People hide too much behind keyboards and screens; the Tales products give the often-needed assistance to springboard people into deeper more intimate communication and relationships.

The cards came quickly and in good shape. I love this idea of asking questions because it spans the generations and gets stories, once stored away, out into the light. I got this for our annual family reunion and cannot wait to see what happens! In the meantime, my husband and I are having a blast with the sometimes surprising questions.

The cards were great once they finally arrived. I ordered on 05/08/25 and they arrived on 19/08/25 with no apology, even after I emailed them to say that I was disappointed that longer than promised to arrived. Very dissapointed. I've updated my review as the customer service since has been great and we've played the cards and they are great !
