Hopelessly late but refund given
Ordered with the promise of arrival in time for Christmas but arrived second week of January. Absolutely hopeless on that front , but customer service helpful and full refund given, which was impressive.

The cards are a really great idea. I had so looked forward to playing with them over the holidays when the whole family was in town but they only arrived a few days ago, after everyone went home. I'll just hang onto them for next Christmas. Christmas 2026

We were sitting around the table after christmas dinner. The kids playing on their phones. Aunts chatting in small groups. I got out the game and ask a question. It didnt take long for everyone to get involved. We spent the next hour laughing and talking together!

They were very responsive and kind. I let them know I only ordered 1 box and I received 2 boxes. Two weeks later I received three more boxes. What is going on? Now have four boxes I never ordered.

The products are fun and we will use them the first time tonight with the family. Your customer service was wonderful but man, the delivery time was VERY slow. We ordered it for a holiday gift way in advance of the holiday but it arrived after the holiday. bummer.

I got all the Tales! We began using the Kids Edition with our son who has autism. He’s not used to being asked questions about himself, his opinions, or his memories. It’s definitely not a “scripted” answer, so he’s got to really think about the answers. I’m hopeful they will help him.
