No delivery. Ordered 5 weeks ago. Multiple attempts to contact Tales via email and social media only to be met with radio silence. Absolutely disgusted.

Ordered 8th December. With 4-9 days' shipping, my order should have been here. However, it's now Christmas eve and nothing. I can handle my disappointment, but not the disappointment of family members. I regret buying from this dishonest company.

Shipping delayed and no communication. Ordered 6 sets at the beginning of December, intending to give them to multiple family members for Christmas. Shipping said '4-9 days' so it didn't even cross my mind there'd be an issue. It's now the 23rd of December, nothing has arrived and I've wasted over £100.

They never even shipped the cards. So frustrating. I ordered 12/14 for my party on 12/25. 5-9 business day shipping was close, but still would have worked. By 12/19, I saw the order still in the "confirmed" status, so I ordered a SECOND set of cards from Amazon. The delivery date was 12/22. Then it pushed to 12/23. THEN it pushed to 12/27. Meanwhile, the original order status says the shipping label was printed 12/19 but USPS is still awaiting the product. This is a total rip off and a huge disappointment. Do not order from this company.

No order confirmation, no delivery information. The money was taken from my account but it was only a few days later when I realised I’d had nothing from them in my inbox to confirm the order. I’ve messaged on Instagram, emailed, and left comments (which they have deleted)—no reply through any channel. DO NOT BUY. In the process of requesting a refund via my bank.

I ordered on November 25 and it still has not arrived. The website still says my order would arrive 5-9 business days. The tracking says it still has not left on a boat from China yet. Terrible. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I have asked for a refund but I doubt that will happen.

Disapointed in this service and looks like im not the only one, ordered on the 6th of Decemeber. Its now 18th but its not here. Ordered for a christmas game to play with the family but we travel down on the 20th and I dont hold high hopes on it arriving. The shipping updates show it sitting for days on end in a sorting facility in China. I would be less disapointed if they were just honest about shipping times.

I ordered this game on 5 December for a birthday present needed on the 17th December. The website and order said delivery would be 4-9 days. On the 15th it hadn’t been received and tracking didn’t show any movement so I emailed the company asking for a refund as I would have to buy another gift. There was no reply to this, or to the other emails I have sent asking for a refund. I now see the tracking shows it has been on a flight but it’s not been updated since the 17th December. I am disappointed with the lack of response for my request for a refund for an item which hasn’t arrived within the stated delivery time.
