Can’t even get to their website… just a white screen. The bare minimum is a half decent website.

I somehow had an account on this site (without creating one) so it didn't have any info, save my name. I uploaded a resume, but it was the wrong one. Can't delete, can't edit, can't do anything for my profile. So I said "I'm done" and decided to delete my account. It said "technical difficulties" I tried again and it was (I think) deleted. I tried to make a new account and it won't let me. If this site can't do it's basic functions, it should get shut down!
