We have never charged candidates and we do not intend to do so. If you encountered a payment request, it’s very likely you were redirected to another job site or partner that does charge for certain services. We encourage you to always double-check the URL before submitting any payment. Talent.com is an intermediary between candidates and employers, and when we cannot process an application directly, we redirect users to the original posting to help them apply, never to charge them.
