Shoes received, the size doesn't fit. I have wide feet so need a EEE and a size 7.5. Where do I return my shoes to? Can I have an exchange? Please let me know. I think it very important that you give customers the facility to change/ send back items. It's one critism I have read about your company, am a pensioner and unable to afford the loss of £30+. Also known as gencenneral tiade co.ltd apparently. From my experience do not buy from them. Still trying to get a refund. Worst thing is PayPal allow them to trade through them.

I ordered some sandals 6 weeks ago and they've still not arrived. The so called tracking service which hasn't been updated in 2 weeks states they're in Oxford, England, less than 2 hours away, having started out in the USA ! The company is a joke, bouncing back the same email reply to each one I've sent. Thankfully I used PayPal, so I'm hoping to have my money returned. EDIT PayPal didn't want to know because the seller hadn't tried to find the goods ! EDIT Over the August Bank Holiday I receive an email from EVRI stating they'd now received my parcel from Cai Niao! Who? Cai Niao are a Chinese company and I'd not bought from them. Today 29th August EVRI delivered my sandals, 8 weeks after ordering them. I'm 5' 11" and I have size 8UK feet, so I ordered size 43, expecting them to be large enough. Haha! It states they're 43 on the packaging, no where on the sandals and my feet have the choice of toes hanging over or my heels. They look awful, feel awful, I might wear them around the house. AVOID THIS/THESE COMPANIES

So wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. What a scam, am surprised Facebook don’t removed the ad. Order placed 13.6.23, still not arrived. Supposed to be at an address in Lincoln. Have contacted seller and tracking people, complete waste of time. As a pensioner I don’t have £22 to throw away. Even PayPal don’t seem to be able to help. What a disappointment.

Apparently arrived at Lincoln over 2 weeks ago. No updates - I could have walked there and back to collect these sandals. Bought in June for a holiday in 2 weeks - I also assume I won’t get them & how do I get my money back

Absolutely useless, still not received my items, doubt if ever will. Keep getting fobbed off with still in transit, wait a few more days, geographical location weather to blame, was turned back by customs. said was coming from America not China. its companies like this that gives China a bad name Complete waste of my money, if could give less than one star I would, should have a black hole rather than a star rating for this seller.

Absolutely shocking Customer Service is a disgrace. Took forever to arrive and all I kept getting was it's on it way don't worry. I was under the impression that I was ordering from the U.S but actually got cheap Chinese rubbish pair of shoes.
