I just had my first oil change at the Villa Road, Rochester MN location. I was very impressed with the courtesy and thoroughness and speed of my oil change. I was offered cold water and everything was explained to me and my questions were answered. I was impressed by Danny and his team. I will definitely be back.

Stopped by for a quick oil change (Covington, Ga) everyone was kind and considerate. It was a hot day. They asked if I wanted water. I found out after having the oil change that I came in earlier than required. The manager and staff were both professional and decided because I the free top off was not explained in my earlier visit they would give me a free oil change. Great customer service

I went to Take Take 5 Shop 1183, on South Pleasntburg Drive. And Lee and DeShaun changed my oil, and also changed my cabin air filter. It was in rough shape.

We went to Store 478 in Ocala, FL and worked with the Assistant Manager Michael. We have a Colorado Diesel which takes Dexos 2 oil. Knowing that it is not stocked at any fast change Oil Service station we brought it with us. Unfortunately my husband was given the wrong oil when we purchased it. Michael jumped right on it and arranged for a ride and for us to pick it up at O’Reilly’s. He also received an engine filter from Auto Zone. Thank you Michael for going above and beyond to help us. He, Trapp, the Manager and Joe have been amazing to work with and very informative. Highly recommend them.
