Stopped to get an oil change, the payment machine was down. I came back the next day & was able to get my oil changed. Lloyd was my technician & he was great! He kept me informed as to what he was doing the whole time, even tho I didnt get out of my car, I felt like I knew what was happening & the PRICE was GREAT!!

Tim, the service manager, welcomed me with a cold bottle of water and had me guided into the service bay. He thoroughly explained my options in oil changes for a high mileage car. We decided on one and the other technicians went about the tasks of bringing all my systems up to optimum, with very pleasant attitudes. All that speedy, good service with a discount for being a veteran. Thank you gentlemen, I will be back.

So my cars tires were low on air. They were closed. Finishing last car and the second bay was being cleaned. I pulled and James came out to greet me. I shared that my car tires were all needing air one tire was especially low. James said let’s keep you safe and how about you pull around to the back where he could use the air gun. I did that. He came to my car with a bottle of purified water and handed it to me. Asked me to open my door so he could read the tire pressure amounts. I did. He did ever tire, even though I said it was two tires that were not correct. He did this very cheerfully and at the time the shop was really closed. Left him a nice tip! I was so grateful as I didn’t know how much air nor did I have a gage in my car. Thank you, James!! 🙂

Went in for an oil change and got the kind of service that every company should attempt to provide. Elijah was both polite and professional and while never attempting to push anything unnecessary on me, did remind me of a service to my differential that I hadn't considered. Quick, easy, professional, and cost effective. I'll definitely be back. Your Mid-Cities Blvd location has the right guy for the job.
