I have to commend the 2 employees that were there this afternoon. Carson and Ridley, they helped me out. I cannot believe how excellent their customer service was. How accommodating they were... They even went above and beyond by honoring a coupon that I couldn't quite bring up on my phone. I was blown away by the service. You've earned a lifelong customer because of these 2 young men.... Rio Rancho, NM location. Marcos in the pit was very kind, upbeat and professional. Katie in safety and the svs. writer was amazing she explained everything, updated my information and was honest with me- which actually made me want to spend more on the things I actually needed. That is sooo hard to find. 1000% impressed. and the rest of the gang there Isaac and Josh were also professional and welcoming. Highly recommend

I had a great experience in my local Take 5 oil change. I was in and out in about 25 minutes; there was only one car in front of me. The guys working there were very nice and patient -- and I even got a free bottle of water. The prices were reasonable and even better with a coupon. I will definitely be back.

Was greeted with a water guided in by a nice young man name Corr I believe was on his shirt very friendly and polite Thanks Corr at Berkmar drive

They were quick polite and efficient. I asked for a simple oil change, thats it They didn't upsell they didnt tell me stuff was broken or my tires were bad. I had to stop going to a major competitor because this was happening to me all the time. I tipped them well for a job well done. I will be going back there from now on. Great job 👏

I went to the Shop on Havana, in Aurora, and I was extremely impressed with their service, the crew there were very courteous and friendly and took great care of my 2002 Odyssey, oil, radiator flush and the air filter had not been replaced for many years and the tech took extra time and effort to get that filter out cleaned up cause the slot was full of debris, and put back together without complaint, I am extremely satisfied with the service they provided and I highly recommend, oh and I never got out of the Van!!

Memorial Day 2026 took my 2017 Camry to #0171 location on Nacogdoches Road and received professional and exceptional and compassionate, service from Dorian and Nicholas and Joshua. They did my oil change and put a new cabinet filter and oil filter gave me advise on engine fluid and topped off washer fluid filled my tires to proper level. I was so impressed with these gentlemen and their expertise I felt like I was being treated like a queen. I have only good to say. The price was reasonable and I used coupons.This is an honest place I found my people for my Camry that care.
