I was greeted with a bottle of water and a smile, I believe the gentleman was a new hire, because another guy came to help him explain the prices . I had a $25 off coupon and I chose the $82 price... Well the guy explained to me that I could only use that coupon if I choose the $122 price... I felt like that was so wrong because my coupon says any size oil change This is false advertisement,.. I'll never go back nor refer anyone there

They are quite a bit more expensive than the jiffy lube that I use.

They list one price and then charge another. They don’t tell you about hidden fees until you’re have way through the process. I won’t be using them again, and I would suggest that others don’t.

Decided to try this place to not get hassled with trying to get me to get other services. I did get my back windshield wiper blade. Left the location satisfied unit a couple of days later when my car was filled with a very strong oil burning smell. Thought it would go away but never did so went back to the location about 2 weeks later to have them check it out and was told "were you told you had a little oil leak" UH!! NO I WAS NOT! Didn't have any oil smell before taking it in. Was only told i could take it to a shop to have the oil leaked fixed. I am not a happy customer and WILL NEVER go back there. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Went to website, requested call, customer service agreed to text me $25.00 off Coupon, upon arriving the next day, the text coupon was no longer showing. Store 654, 48th st /Chandler Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85048. While waiting to be next customer at bays, the 3rd was not open due to staffing shortage. Mgr Lizz S comes out yelling to me and another car at the 2nd bay, she yells pull put and starts flagging our cards to come forward as if there were a lot of waiting customers. I told Lizz, the $25 coupon no longer showed therefore I wanted to confirm I would get the $25 off, she assured me I would. One the car in the bay moved out she directed me to pull in. I asked for the total prices, she said she would get that info for me, after pulling in the bay, she opened my hood, then i asked again for the price, again she states she would get the total price for me. Mind you were in AZ over 100 heat and i had my 2 grand kids in car seat and my AC doesn't work is the reason for arriving early a.m, as to avoid the extreme heat. Waited another 20 min, Lizz disappeared. I was concerned she might be under the car draining my oil before she gave me the total costs, once she appeared, again I asked for total cost. she got very loud, stated she had to get the total from the computer. I stated I want to know the cost before work begins, she gets the cost from computer, so i asked why the price was higher after i had calculated the cost she gave me, i asked where is the additional $5 from, she stated its a shop fee, then pointed to the sign next to my car showing the prices. No way can i see the complete sign because it is way below window view. I said a shop fee. She then stated I can pull my car out and leave if I don't want to pay the amount, I stated I've waited here over 30 minutes and its getting hot now, and I am not going to leave and go someplace else at this point, she again stated, I am the manager and if you want you can leave, you are yelling at me. In which I was not yelling I was trying to engage in a reasonable conversation as to the cost breakdown. Again, she stated if you want you can pull your car out. So, I stated I asked you what the cost was when I first drove up and you continued to delay giving me that info then have me pull into the bay. The guy that did the actual work was very respectful, but Lizz is not professional, she is rude and loud and will delay in giving you total cost for oil change. I told Lizz I will be making a complaint with corp because she should never have been given the job of a manager when she is so unprofessional and rude to customers. I will never do business with Take 5 nor any of its other affiliated oil change companies.

At my last oil change i gave them a copy of my military discharge papers. i was told no reason to bring it again as it was now in the system. went there today for a follow up oil change and was told they didn't have that information eve though they had all my other information. the person who said he was in charge had no ability to mke it right?? paid the bill in full but beware of this company, can't be trusted. missouri avenue, largo fl
