They ruined my car please don't go there. They put oil in my power steering and now after trying to clean it my car has multiple problems

This place put me out about $275 in car repairs. About a week after they changed my oil, I heard the sound of metal scraping the road as I was pulling off the highway. I immediately took it to a car repair shop where they removed the mangled remains of my access panel, a part which must be removed to change the oil. Suspicious. The first time I called Take 5 to inform them of the cost to repair it, the response was "That expensive? Isn't it just a little plastic piece?". No, I can assure you it was not 'a little plastic piece'. Given this response, my confidence in Take 5's ability to both order the correct part and install it securely was rather low. I requested they either pay me or the dealership to get it replaced correctly. After stalling on me for about a week, they finally told me the only thing they would do is order a new part and replace it themselves. In fact, they had already purchased a replacement part, and it was on its way. I said no thank you, and they can eat the cost of the part for all I care. Moral of the story: go to Jiffy Lube.

Take 5 took 4 quarts of Transmission fluid out by accident and did not tell me - drove 10 miles to Subaru and they said missing 4 quarts - car was PERFECT when I went in. CRAP when I came out - they said NOT US. That plug is on the opposite of the car.

We took our vehicle to get an oil change at Take 5 Shreveport (corner of youree and bert kouns) and ended up having to get a diagnostic testing done at another auto place. Staff was rude and couldn't give proper directions during service. Take 5 staff didn't close the air filter hood properly causing the check engine light to kick in. We found out that many past customers had similar or worse experience.

021 WARNING! Don't take your car to any Take 5 location. They cause my car to have a blown head gasket the earlier part of Oct. I reported this to the district manager. Nothing has been done about my car. Now I'm stuck paying for thousands of dollars in repairs of my vehicle. Take 5 Oil Change

When we pulled up the car that was in the bay was there for 30 min. Then when we got in the bay we sat there for another 15min with no one working on my van. We finally left without the oil change. 10 min oil change my ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Very bad customer service at the location of 13019 W. Camelback Rd., Lynchfield Park, Arizona. They don't do anything to try to please the customer. I had to ask for windshield washer fluid. Then Gabriel R got an attitude when I asked. I asked Gabriel R to make sure all the tires were 32 psi, and he only did two tires. I had to add the air in my own tire after I left to take a 5 oil change. but not had no knowledge on how to reset. The oil required light in my vehicle. mind so much time doing nothing while they're not servicing cars, but lack of knowledge of how to reset an oil light.

bad experience on my last visit. The manager talked me into having my coolant fluid flushed along with an oil change. The guy working on my car broke the high pressure hose going to the resevoir. They acted like it didn’t happen and sent me on my way. By the time I got home the engine was smoking and leaking antifreeze all over my new cement driveway, staining it. Went back to Take 5 right away, after calling them to complain about the problem. They were unable to fix it correctly but proceeded to try to repair it with tubing and hose clamps. not even close to the proper repair. Now I am getting the run around from their corporate office on fixing it properly. I’m hoping small claims court isn’t in my future. But I will file If they do not satisfy me in the next few days. The car is not drivable , it’s been nearly 2 weeks!
