Mr. Kelly by far offers the finest suits in NYC. Finest fabrics at a more than affordable price. No more Department Stores "off the rack". I've travelled the world and used other Tailors in NYC who charge heigh prices for inferior quality. I send my firends and family to Mr. Kelly and they have all thanked me for the referall.
