Liars. I bought a transmission from them. Worked with Ronnie after all the delays before I got it . Transmission was bad after installing by a certified shop. I called I was told to send pictures and videos . I sent all. I was told mechanic is looking at the codes and will get back to me . After 1weeks I was told a resolution is a refund by Fiona . Am so mad , after all they offered to give me 80 percent of my money , I paid . These guys are scammers I do not want to deal with them I agreed . Days later I called and I was told a gateway not allowing them do the refund so my bank should dispute the charges. Lies . They wanted a dispute because it take 30days. Am so mad right now . Even for the part of $200 there promise to refund it another week I don’t have it . I am going to sue them because I feel scammed and emotional stressed. I still had to pay storage at the mechanic shop for their mess up . I got a new transmission from another company . Took 3 days to deliver, installed by certified shop and it working perfect . I am already 2800$ lost with Tagore auto I still don’t have my money . And they never call I have to always call and it always the same tricks and lies. Your bank will refund your money . Stay away from this guys . It a bad business they are running …

These people are liars and scammers. Do not buy from them unless you like doing business with Indians that will literally lie to your face, avoid your phone calls on purpose and ghost you once you make the payment. My history with these people started like this. I needed to buy a 5.7 Vortec engine. I started browsing on Facebook marketplace and after looking through a few ads, I found this company listing for engines. I ended up contacting them and I had Ronnie Wilson the “Warehouse Supervisor” take care of me. The listing was listed locally (I am in California) so I figured I would just go pick up the engine in person. After talking to Ronnie on the phone I was informed that the engine was actually located in Utah and would have to be shipped, to which I agreed to. I was quoted 670 dollars on the phone but then once I was sent the payment and order link the total came to like 1250 dollars including express shipping of which I really needed since this engine was supposed to be in the car WEEKS ago. I placed and PAID for the order on March 24th to which I was assured by Ronnie Wilson that my engine would ship out the next day and I would have it by Friday that week or Monday at the latest. As of April 14th I still have not received anything. Aside from Ronnie’s promise of delivery time, he told me I would be charged 3 times total. One initial payment of 200 dollars and then before I got charged the full amount I was told again by Ronnie Wilson that I would be shown pictures of the engine and if I agreed to the pictures only then would they charge me the full amount and proceed with the shipment process. None of this ever happened by the way, they simply charged my account and left me in the dark. After calling Tagore’s lovely customer support I was put in contact with Keith and Bella. As per them the engine had shipped the Thursday 27th of March to which I have his recording telling me so. I asked for a tracking number and the pictures of the engine I was promised but no response. The only thing I was told was that the engine had already shipped out and the reason they couldn’t provide a tracking number was because the carrier takes 24-48 hours to generate the tracking number. This company closes on the weekend so I already knew the timing was too convenient but regardless I was happy since supposedly the engine had shipped out. On March 31st I received an email from Bella saying that the engine had been shipped out and I was dumbfounded as they were literally contradicting themselves since according to Keith it had been picked up on Thursday of last week but I digress, I just wanted that tracking number. I called them on the 31st and they told me the tracking number hadn’t been generated by the carrier yet despite being way past the 48 hours they asked for. I called them the next day and I talked to Bella to which she told me the tracking number was ready and so were the pictures. I received a tracking number for an order that was picked up in OHIO and not UTAH. They also sent me the picture of an engine COVERED with a plastic sheet and on a pallet so it was literally impossible to tell the condition of the engine or let alone if it’s even the right engine. At this point its clearly they are lying to me and just buying time for themselves for whatever reason. I kept following that tracking number and it never got delivered to California so they clearly gave me the tracking number for another order just to buy themselves more time. On April 2nd I received another tracking number from Bella for another order that was picked up from MAINE and not UTAH. Either way I was happy the engine was finally on its way so I was relieved. I was also told by Bella that since there was a delay because they were reorganizing the warehouse that, that is the reason the order took so long and that they would discount 50 dollars they still hadn’t charged me to which they charged me anyways. I tried to contact them through the phone and Bella is always on a call, busy or on a break and they always promise me she will call me back to which she obviously has no intention to so she doesn’t. As of April 14th I still haven’t received anything despite having express shipping. I have taken recordings of all the phone interactions and emails I’ve had with them since I always felt uneasy and that I was going to be scammed. I needed to gather proof just in case I have to do a chargeback because things are looking that way. Even if I don’t get directly scammed for my money, at this point because of their lack of transparency and not delivering on their promises I am sure they just sent me whatever engine they pulled out from the junkyard and now I have to pay to get it installed and possibly lose even more money. I will update this review once I receive and inspect the engine.

2 Honda engines,guaranteed to be 90k miles with compression test.They were both garbage!!!The first one was sent with no compression on 1 cylinder and low on all..I excepted another,loosing the labor on the first,to get another junk engine.. These people are lied to me twice.They are dishonest and sell junk that they know nothing about.. Do not buy from them!!!!!

BE CAREFUL. TAGORE AUTO PART IS A SCAMM BUSINESS. I recently purchased an auto part from them, and they told me it was in stock and ready to be shipped. However, after a week, they informed me that the part is no longer available. I asked for a refund, but they mentioned a 30% refund fee, claiming the order was canceled due to them. I don’t feel it’s fair to charge me this fee for something they couldn't ship.

I have been going through hell with y'all company for almost 2 months on them not wanting to be accountable for their mistake and sadly I have had to involve a lawyer. All they want to end with is sorry for our mistake after I spent my hard earned money dealing with all of the run around. Pray no one else has to experience what I have went through. I still haven’t gotten my situation handled and have been blown off and given the runaround since day one, and it’s constant changes every time you call. Have told many lies and I have documentation for each of them. I was told I would be given information as well about getting a core fee for my old part but they refuse to give it to me since I called them out on everything else and got a lawyer.

I prepaid a transmission and when I called to cancell my order becuse I dont need the part anymore they kept the downpayment I made for the part I feel scammed and advise people about this now I know what they mean by buy cheap and in the end will be more expensive

Please FBI needs to save America from this company all people working at this company it’s a shame and scammer.this company takes 1243.99 dollars for transmission he never sends to me . He keeps lying to me, please people don’t buy nothing from this company is a scam, fraud and shame

Let me start off by saying do not purchase an engine from this company I purchased a 6.2 for 2012 DENALLI I received a engine that has been on fire and is rusted horribly I contacted they asked for pictures I sent the pictures now when I call they do not answer prior to getting the engine they answered every time I called after calling numerous times guy answered the same guy I been talking to now he is claiming to be a cleaning guy if you use this company you will regret it they claim to have 3 month warranty but is not true they are liers will take your money and send you a core for a engine I would post pics on here if I could it is horrible
