Since the beginning it was an issue, wasn't worth paying for the core to get shipped to them because it was going to cost more than the actual core. Was supposed to get info on where to go sell the used bad transmission and didn't get it. Kept asking them a few times then they said once I have it removed send pictures. I did that, nothing yet. Kept telling them about it til they finally send a few places. Called all the places NONE of them bought transmissions. So lost that core money. Bought a "Certified Transmission" went to put it on and it turned out the transmission was bad also. Tried to see if they can fix the problem, they asked for a video of what's happening. Sent them the video, kept asking for stuff like if they were trying to make it impossible for me to get my money back. At that point it wasn't worth me paying to get the transmission taken off then paying another time to get the replacement they would send. At that point I would of had to pay 3 times just on labor, not including the transmission & core. Ended up loosing all that money & the vehicle plus what I had to do get another vehicle. Just don't recommend this, honestly go local a lot better than going through all this trouble.

I was offered an engine with 47,000 miles; they sent me pictures of a wet engine which looked clean and shiny like a new engine. Wen, I received the engine I find out is full of oil, with lots of broken parts, different types of Ignition coils/spark plugs and lots of parts that had being previously replaced. I tried to return the engine and have this people send me what I paid for, but they kept transferring me from one person to another and now they just won't answer may Calls/Emails. Last time I talked to one of them, he was all like "I'm sorry your warranty has expired" I told him I had tried to get my case taken care off since I received that engine, but he said he was going to call me back in 30 min. which he never did. They won't answer my call anymore after that, so I'm taking legal actions against them, if anybody else is having the same problem and is willing to joint me, please contact me at (805) 631-6092 LET'S STOP THIS FRAUD.

SCAM SCAM SCAM – Buyers Beware Anyone considering doing business with this company SHOULD BE AWARE, TEY WILL LOOSE THEIR MONET FOR JUNK AND DISHONESTY. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe engine along with a driver’s seat, paying $4,000. Prior to the purchase, I was sent photos of the seat I was supposed to receive. Sales persons were, ETHAN, ADAM AND EDDIE However, what arrived was completely different—damaged, worn out, and nothing like what was shown. When I contacted the company for clarification, I was repeatedly passed from person to person, with no one taking responsibility or offering a resolution. This raised serious concerns about the engine I had purchased, so I decided to research the VIN number. What I discovered was deeply troubling: the engine had over 100,000 miles on it, despite being advertised and sold to me as having just 69,000 miles. Since then, my attempts to reach the company have been ignored. My calls are either rejected or go unanswered, and no one has shown any willingness to address the situation. This is a highly unethical operation, and based on recent findings, I am not the only one who has had such a negative experience. I am currently exploring legal options and intend to pursue this matter further. If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly recommend you DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. EDDIE, ETAHN AND ADAM NOW REJECT MY CALLS AND ANY CNCERN I HAVE RAISED.

We sold them a great running engine. It was expensive engine and they disputed the charges claiming they never received merchandise. Lying and greedy people. Don’t do business with people like this.

This place sells junk & won't stand behind their sales of their junk. I bought a used Allison tranny. Did t make the first drive & had to talk to some woman about getting a refund, which never happened. I would go to great lengths to avoid this place. They sell garbage.

Firstly they charged me $127 more than the agreed amount , given me silly excuse that it is transaction fee of which I wasn’t informed of and don’t know why I should be charged a transaction fee after using my debit card for payment I went back and forth with them for almost three weeks with the shipment of the engine, different people i spoke with, from the one who called himself the warehouse manager to amber , Fiona etc all gave different answers concerning the shipping tracking details which I never got and after almost three weeks they refunded my money and short changed me $249 and when I asked why I was told it’s for restocking . They initiated the refund not me when they realised they couldn’t deliver and still charged me for restocking. All together I lost $376 for doing business with this company for no fault of mine. I am really disappointed with the way the whole business was handled, I should have been compensated for wasting my time and gotten my full refund with an apology to go alongside

They sent a motor that was not thoroughly looked over and made sure this was going to be a good engine. They indicated they guarantee the engine. So far they are trying to get me to eat the cost of the shipping. Wish I could post pictures? They cut the harnesses and it looks like they left the engine sitting out in salty environment. Then I did a CLT on the engine and found three pistons at 20% and one at 50% leakage out of the exhaust. So, not a good experience dealing with these guys.
