My first T3 hairdryer with tourmaline technology lasted 15 years. Then I decided to trust the brand again and bought AIRE 360 dryer. Broken after 1 year of light use - a button melted! Replacement was send and that stopped working after a week as it was a "refurbished" item (???). How can the quality deteriorate so low? :(( really sad as the first hairdryer I had bought in 2008 was so good...

I purchased the T3 AireBrush expecting noticeably better performance from a premium-priced styling tool. Instead, it left my fine hair less smooth and with less volume than my Revlon blow-dryer brush, which consistently gives me excellent results. The T3 is heavy, awkward to maneuver and uncomfortable to hold because the handle is excessively thick. Its design and performance do not justify the price. T3 also charges $13.50 to use its return label, adding another expense when the product does not work out. I am extremely disappointed and will not purchase from T3 again.

On June 11, 2026 I placed an order with T3 Micro for a hair wand dryer. They offered 10% discount; upon checking out I saw the discount WAS applied, but then received a confirmation order with the full price being charged. I attempted 4 times to contact a customer service always talking with their AI assistant since there is not a live agent via phone. The response was this: that order number does not exist, your name and email nonexistent in our system. Each time I reached out same response so was forced to dispute the charge amount. My bank card handled the issue and they awarded the 10% refund. Three days later the item arrived , immediately I saw the barrel would not work for my hair. I closed the box as it arrived and put in for an RMA and return packing slip which was approved and the item returned USPS for return with a tracking number. The item returned the next day June 14. The tracking number clearly shows on June 16 their front office accepted the returned product. Mind you it is now JULY 29 2026! Still no refund. I began reaching out to them again with the same loop with their AI not finding any order info in their history. I then attempted chat. Worthless. Again that is a nonexistent order #. Then sent four emails with this reply each time ; We can’t discuss the return nor refund because you put in a dispute on this product. Call your bank cardholder. I said that dispute had been resolved because of a discount not taken having nothing to do with the return. I had not disputed the return. Again they said we can’t give you a refund. Call your bank. I told them you have the product yet you didn’t issue a refund why? They refused to discuss why no refund issued nor declare the item received! So to day, I was forced to open another dispute on them. I have archived a book on this company with the timeline evidence of their lack of consumer care and actual hoodwinking customers with the their systems in place. My bank is escalating this dispute because of their poor responses; as well the agent helping had said they had have multiple disputes lately with this company. The reviews here corroborate their lack of customer care. Please by all means, a company with marketed products on the upper end in price, is actionably hostile to their clients needs to be reviewed. I will never do business with them ever again. Now it is in dispute with full documentation of all communications as well the tracking info. It’s now June 30 . Where’s my refund? I’ll post the outcome once the bank card alerts me. Whoa. What kind of business model is this? Failing colossally.

Tried to buy the body Styler but on payment it declined and said they do not support a MasterCard. My bank immediately informed me that somebody had tried to add my card details to their Apple Pay Wallet… this is a scam site that collects your details. I’ve had to cancel my card

I’m extremely disappointed with T3Micro’s customer service. I placed an order (#800851) on September 11, but didn’t receive any tracking information until two weeks later. By the time the tracking number was provided, the package had not been delivered and couldn’t be located. I contacted support immediately and explained the situation, requesting a refund since the item never arrived and I no longer needed it. That was on September 26, and as of today, I’ve received no response or resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I’ve never had such poor communication from a supposedly reputable company. I do not recommend buying directly from T3Micro — they completely ignored my follow-up and failed to take responsibility for a lost order.

I would never buy another T3 product again unfortunately I was very stupid and foolish to not see the unconscious bias of the T3 Air 360 it's only for women with long straight hair period I can't help if my hair type it's not good for this product I used it just one other refused to refund saying its health and safety reasons so they don't have a great customer service unfortunately by anything from them ever again. I'm forcing out to have to sell it because I can't use it this is what they've done they're taking all this money from me and refusing it that's how poor the companies are because they don't have excellent customer service it's rubbish never buy from here especially if you've got Afra here
