Don’t bother
I ordered 2 items from this company 6 weeks ago and have still not received them. They told me initially that the parcel had left the warehouse so I had to wait for a Royal Mail investigation. A whole month later i had still not had any contact from them, until I emailed to check, to which they responded that the item had been lost by their warehouse. Customer services were polite enough and apologetic and said they would send my order to me with express delivery. I asked for tracking information for which they could not provide. An additional email followed with another apology offering 2 items of my choice for free along with a full refund. The only 2 products I wanted are the 2 I ordered which I still cannot seem to get them to send! I asked them to send me something whether that be the items I ordered or a full refund and gave them another 24 hours to do so. This has not been done so I have no choice but to go to my bank to do a chargeback. As if people have enough time to be doing this. If you don’t have the products stop listing them as available for sale on your website. Absolute scammers at this point
