Dont buy the product They are miss guiding the customer. With the product Symphony geyser spa offers 1+1 cartridges on flipkart and Symphony site also, but no extra cartridges are in the box when we i bought on 4oct 2026 and i do complain also till date no response from flipkart , when we call to symphony customer care they always say talk to technician we dont have number how we speak ? After that Symphony remote controller gesture is not working so i complain to them they rise the ticket and next they cancel it again and again they are doing that , technician said me if you do complain it will be cancel by us , this how they treat to customer dont buy Symphony products bad customer care service , only miss guidance to customer fraud is going on . On there site is clearly mention 1+1 cartridges but no response from them .

Such a worst experiece it was my first experience with symphony and they failed to delivered the quality of services to the customer its more then 9 days my order is not received even it was prepaid. They are using third class "delhivery " as their courier partner they are showing me its delay due to network conjesion and misguiding me i want my money back from you symphony

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any company. The product I received was defective, and to make matters worse, the customer support team was shockingly unprofessional and outright rude. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they made the whole process frustrating and exhausting. I expected better service from a reputed brand, but this was a complete letdown. Would not recommend.
