I love Sylvane! This is the fourth product that I have purchased – they have a wonderful selection with competitive prices and fast shipping. The latest purchase was a small evaporative cooler from my bedroom – it works fantastic!

Good product, gas shipping

I actually got a human on the phone to discuss what was in stock that would meet my requirements. I had the unit the NEXT DAY. Exemplary!

The technician was so helpful. He knew everything about the product. He stayed on the phone with me until the problem was resolved. He was polite and made recommendations to purchase a new product when mine was unfixabke. Thank you
