Bought a very expensive piece. The turquoise bead fell out of pendant. I simply asked if they could send me a replacement bead, happy to pay for it as I live in another country, I was going to get a local jeweller to repair. It seemed all way to hard for them.

I bought a starfish opal beaded bracelet last october át Sydneven.com. I only wear it occasionaly however every time I am wearing it couple of beads from the bracelet are falling into pieces falling out and the bracelet is slowly losing its beads. When I requested for a repair they offered me repair only against payment they say that the guarantee period is over. It is an expensive bracelet and they sold me a faulty one they should have replace it.
