No way to cancel a membership
I thought the website was good but when it came to cancel my membership it was an absolute nightmare. The only way to cancel is through a chatbot on their site which no one ever responds to. I reached out to their support email and also got no response. I am ready to take legal action against them to get my money back. Horrible customer service. I do not recommend them at all.
