I ordered the white wine
I ordered the white wine. Have opened 2 and have disliked both. A Pinot Grigio very sweet and a French white also very sweet. Disappointed for sure. I love white wine but do not care for sweet wine. The attractive price is no longer since I do not like the wine so far.

A bottle was broken
A bottle was broken. Made a mess of all the rest. Clearly understandable, however I sent pics and was told I would be credited. No credit to bank card, and when I tried to order more wine there was no credit in account. Sent email again to point out lack of credit and received no response. We are enjoying the quality/value but due to above we will continue to use other wine “clubs”

Stay away.
Two orders and haven’t gotten either of them. Sent to a Walgreens to sign and pick up. Wasn’t ever delivered either time. Will never order again. PLUS I thought I was ordering from Firstleaf and all of a sudden I got a swirl wine receipt.

The quality of the wine was not what I…
The quality of the wine was not what I expected. The bodies of wine were flat and had little flavor. Thinking this company was associated with a reputable company which I respect truly surprised me. Looking back, I was hesitant but said I would give it a try. And honestly, glad the discounted rate was within reason. Now I will say, I will pass.

I ordered wine through groupon that I…
I ordered wine through groupon that I paid for then paid again to swirl to receive order so I ended up paying for two orders and only received one order of 6 bottles instead of two the site is too confusing and hard to use instead of saving money I ended overpaying

I do see that a replacement order was shipped out to you as soon as we were notified and has since been delivered. We hope you enjoy the wine! We are currently working on providing UPS as a delivery option prior to ordering. However, if you reach out to us prior to ordering, we can accommodate a UPS request on our end.

Rosés are really bad.
So far I’ve tried two of the rosé wines that came in my bundle and they are so bad they’re undrinkable. Hopefully the reds and whites are better, but these taste like 2 buck chuck :(
