Ehhh
I received a gift offer from Planet fitness for $30 off. Went through the available shops and found swirl wine. Picked their mix and match 3 bottle offer for 55-30. Receipt still showed $40 after everything. Tried to cancel before the order shipped but they wanted to charge me a $25 restocking fee for an item that hadn’t even shipped yet. Decided to keep the order, Received the most terrible tasting wines I’ve ever had. Edit: no false claims here. $35 and $40 are pretty close. The original price was 55 minus the $30. Pretty sure i specifically told you Id be leaving a review. Also. The wine is terrible. Never once did I claim that I didnt recieve it.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. Your offer was for "3 Bottles of Wine Delivered for $35 - With Free Shipping from Swirl Wine Shop." The total price before your gift was $55 (wine) and $14.95 (shipping), bringing the total value to $69.95. You were charged $35 + tax, so the total gift value was $34.95. It also doesn't look like your order was delivered, so to make false claims about our wine quality is unfortunate. We hope you have a great day.

Hi Nelson! I've just looked into your order & it looks like the address provided is incorrect; therefore, USPS cannot deliver. We get notified of these issues once it's returned to us and this package is still in transit. I will have our customer service team reach out to you now to gather the correct address.

Don’t buy.
The pour spout is very thin and flimsy. I thought it would be thicker and more durable. Also every piece was very sharp all the way around so I can’t really use it because it hurts to touch it. The only piece that was heavy and sturdy was the wine stopper.

Hi Alondra, I'm sorry your complimentary wine kit did not meet your expectations. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and are more than happy to refund you or add a credit to your account. Just shoot us an email to let us know which you prefer!

I dislike how you have to purchase 6 bottles at a time. What if I only want one? This wasn’t disclosed until after I bought a gift card as well. Which is now useless to me.

I had sent you a previous e-mail about…
I had sent you a previous e-mail about this horrible experience. My ten (10) bottles of wine were all BAD. When I say bad, I mean they had a "green alcoholic" taste to them. They all had this same taste. As requested, I will send a list of the wines and see what happens after that. I will send another e-mail as to how Swirl handles this situation. We'll see....................JIM GALZARANO
Response from Swirl Wine ShopNov 11, 2024

I ordered from Groupons a special foe…
I ordered from Groupons a special foe $23. For a 6 bottle collection. Used the code given, then my credit card was charged $92. No one will return phone calls on their message board, and after 7 emails with no response, I received a email stating my customer account had been activated. No response to the overcharge or any response on how they were going to handle the situation. Terrible customer service.
Response from Swirl Wine ShopAug 14, 2024
Hi Lynlee! I'm sorry for the delay; our team has indeed been in contact with you. We provided specific instructions to redeem your Groupon voucher, and those were not followed, which resulted in you being overcharged, we have since processed the credit for you. As we are a very small team, please allow up to 48 hours in the future for a response to any emails. We are a small business doing our best to provide the best customer service possible and we hope you can understand. Have a great day!!
