your pinot noir
your pinot noir, is a little biter for me, it has a bite. I like wines like blackberry, strawberry, etc. Smooth simi-sweet.

Fast and Efficient
Fast, efficient delivery. I would’ve given five stars, but I requested for my delivery to be redirected to my residential address and was told it would be, but it was not, and I had to pick it up after a blizzard at FedEx drop off.

I ordered 3 bottles using a deal I got…
I ordered 3 bottles using a deal I got for my birthday but I received only 2 bottles. The last one was never delivered. I don't know how to get that bottle. Later customer service contacted me and quickly solved the issue. I received my bottle in few days.

The order process was fine but I would fix the problem with drop location communication on the status of the order pickup.
The order process was fine but I would have appreciated a greater selection of Pinot Noir from Northwest. The status communication, delivery to pickup spot and pickup was a good experience. The follow-up communications continued from Swirl sending 3 texts to pick up my case of wine from the drop location for 6 days after I had picked it up. Answering the texts twice did nothing to deter receiving more of them. Granted it could be the drop location's lack of following their process but it was annoying regardless.

It was great to have my wine delivered…
It was great to have my wine delivered to my front door. It would have been great to have both packages arrive at the same time.
